Syra Reid’s journey with flowers began in the ’90s, deeply rooted in her family’s business at Fernhill, Athlone, Co. Westmeath. Surrounded by the beauty of plants and flowers, Syra discovered her passion for horticulture and floral design. This love led her to formal studies in both fields, turning her natural talent into a lifelong career.
Over the years, Syra has provided bespoke floral arrangements for private and corporate events across Ireland. Known for her artistry and attention to detail, she has also shared her knowledge through floral demonstrations, classes, and workshops.
In 2021, Syra established Flowercraft by Syra, bringing all her floral services under one vibrant brand. Inspired by the seasons, nature, and Celtic traditions, Flowercraft by Syra reflects Syra’s dedication to creating meaningful, artful floral designs for every occasion.
